1. What Are Cookies?
Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They may be session (deleted when you close your browser) or persistent (stored until expiry or deletion), and first-party (set by Engage) or third-party (set by integrated providers).

5. Cookies on Customer-Operated Pages
When Engage customers deploy landing pages, forms, or tracking pixels through Engage, certain first-party technologies may be set on those pages (including the Engage tracking pixel, consent management scripts, and analytics). Engage customers are solely responsible for providing their own end users with an accurate cookie notice and obtaining valid consent in compliance with applicable law.
6. Cookie Consent
Where required by applicable law — including the EU ePrivacy Directive, UK PECR, and similar regulations — Engage requests your consent before placing non-essential Cookies. When you first visit our Services you may accept all, reject all non-essential, or customize by category via our Cookie Preference Centre. Your preferences are stored for 12 months and may be updated at any time at engage.nevtan.com/cookie-preferences.
7. Managing Cookies Through Your Browser
Most browsers allow you to view, delete, or block cookies through their settings. Disabling strictly necessary or functional cookies may affect platform functionality.

Because no consistent industry-wide DNT standard exists, Engage does not alter practices in response to DNT signals. For Global Privacy Control (GPC): in jurisdictions where recognition is legally required (including California under CPRA and Colorado under CPA), Engage recognizes GPC signals as an opt-out of sale or sharing of personal information and will not activate non-essential advertising cookies for that session.
9. International Data Transfers
Some tracking technologies result in data being transferred to countries where third-party providers operate. Such transfers are governed by the safeguards described in our Privacy Policy and DPA.
10. Changes to This Policy
Material changes will be communicated at least 14 days in advance. The current version is always available at engage.nevtan.com/legal/cookie-policy.
